Primary Services
Laser Cutting
Our advanced Trumpf fiber laser systems deliver clean, accurate cuts on a wide range of metals with speed and consistency. With up to 10,000 watts of cutting power and sheet capacities up to 60” x 120”, we can process materials of varying thicknesses and complexities.
Materials We Cut:
- Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled Steel up to 1” thick
- Chromoly and Stainless Steel up to 1” thick
- Titanium and Blue Spring Steel up to 1/8” thick
- Aluminum (3003, 5052, 6061) up to 1/2” thick
- Copper and Brass up to 1/4” thick
Precision CNC Press Brake Work
Laser Dynamics specializes in high-accuracy forming using Trumpf CNC press brakes equipped with 6-axis backgauges and a large inventory of precision tooling. This ensures tight tolerances and consistency from part to part. Whether it’s a single custom bracket or a complex formed assembly, we deliver precise, repeatable bends every time.
Welding
Our MIG and TIG welding capabilities allow us to create durable, visually clean welds on a variety of materials. Each weld is performed by skilled technicians who understand both the art and science of joining metals for strength, appearance, and reliability.
CNC Milling Services
Our HAAS milling center provides precision machining for parts that require secondary operations or tight tolerances. With 21” x 40” capacity, we can efficiently handle both standalone machining projects and value-added work for fabricated assemblies.
Tapping & Counter-Sinking
We offer precision tapping, counter-sinking, and drilling services using Clausing and Flex-Arm equipment. These operations are carefully integrated into our production process to ensure proper fit and finish for hardware and assemblies.
Finishing & Edge Treatment
Laser Dynamics is equipped with multiple Lissmac and Loewer finishing systems to ensure every part leaves our facility smooth, burr-free, and production-ready. From small components to large panels, we deliver uniform finishes that enhance both performance and appearance.
